For purchases made online, you can make changes with three days from the time your part arrives. The return of the part is at your own expense, before any return it must be authorized by mail by our customer service department.
We need photos and receipts of purchases made in person sent by mail and authorized by our customer service department before sending us any piece for exchange (the expenses of sending and receiving runs by the customer, we do not have the responsibility of any piece lost during the process of delivering we suggest to hire an insurance of delivery)
Le Vount Jewelry reserves the right to refuse an exchange or repair for any purchase that does not meet the requirements of our policies.
